Step 2: We will provide you with a referral card that can be shared with a friend or a family member.
Step 3: When the person you referred schedules the treatment with us, both you and your referral will each receive a $50 treatment credit.
Terms and Conditions
This special offer is available for a limited time only and includes a maximum treatment credit of $150 per family ($50 per adult, $25 per child).
